Quick-mid maturity, AH wheat
Excellent yield, with large yield improvement within the mid-quick maturity class with 3% yield improvement over Calibre and 4% over Scepter and Devil (based on 2019-22 long term InterGrain trials)
Adequate disease resistance with good stripe rust (MRMSp – WA pathotype) and yellow leaf spot (MRMSp)
Good lodging resistance, good tillering capacity and adequate early vigour
Good grain size, reducing screenings risk and adequate test weight
Thumper is currently classified as an AH in the Western Zone.
EPR $3.50/t GST exclusive.
Thumper will be available for planting in 2024 from local resellers and Seedclub Members.
