The role of the Research Business Development Manager is integral to the achievement of our future plans. This is an opportunity for an experienced scientific person to have a high level impact on the deployment of scientific research into InterGrain’s plant breeding program and deliver impact to Australian grain growers.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage research program and budget
- Monitor and screen global research
- Build research plans for priority projects and manage implementation
- Seek funding, partnerships for research
- Member of the Strategic Management Team & Science Committee
- Ensure InterGrain meets its external partnership reporting requirements
- Develop business case to grow research program
- Build InterGrain profile in the global research community
- Intellectual Property Management and negotiations
