We are looking for a motivated candidate to join our Horsham team, with a passion for agriculture, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills. While this role primarily focuses on our processing facility, it also includes fieldwork throughout the year. We’re seeking someone who can take initiative when challenges arise and thrives in a team environment. As a Technician at InterGrain, this is a hands-on, physical role, perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting the job done.
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Passion for agriculture
- Computer literacy
- Experience with Excel and databases desired
- Knowledge of plant breeding or field-based agriculture (an advantage)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work both in a team and independently
- A proven ability to learn quickly on the job
- Current driver’s license rated C class (essential)
- Current truck and forklift license (an advantage)
